Mothers Are Making Ornamentation Desing With Their Daughters



Mothers and daughters got together on 2 January 2010 to make ornamentation design. The purpose of the activity was to form good relationship between mothers and daughters. In this way, different groups doing the same activity had different experiences. A product was supposed to come out after the activity was carried out. These products will be on display, afterwards. The expectations and worries of the mothers and daughters were written on papers and put on the wall.
Besides, by painting the sheet on the wall freely, the mothers and daughters made group works. Then, mothers and daughters were separated into two rooms and surveys prepared by the participants of the other countries were implemented to these groups.

In order to create a healthy relationship, mothers and daughters got together in the framework of our project. A meeting was held at Tosya Public Education Centre on 26 December 2009. Then, information concerning the project was given to mothers and daughters. The activities carried out by other countries were shown as presentations. Various activities were done by different groups on the same subjects. Activities were carried out to develop different points of view. Information about what will be done in the future has been mentioned. After that, the meeting was over after having been given some refreshment.

The First True Interaction Course from Finland

The first True Interaction course finished successfully on December the 2nd. During this workshop session the mothers and daughters filled in separate questionnaires that will be used to carry out a small research on mother-daughter relationships.
Mr Ilari Mehtonen photographed the session and the arts and crafts artefacts made by the workshop participants. Since they are Christmas presents, the photos of the arts and crafts artecrafts won't be published until later in a special photo exhibition. (11/11/2009-Finland)
